Nestled in a picturesque village in rural Lincolnshire, there is a small creative kitchen where Rosie hand-bakes delightful sweet treats with love and passion. Her desire is to please everyone’s taste buds!

When she’s not baking, Rosie enjoys spending time outdoors. You can often find her walking her dogs, Nelly and Jack, or riding horses. Her chief taste testers include her dogs, her partner Matt, and his hungry farmer pals!

Rosie loves nothing more than creating new ideas, mixing flavours and creating methods of putting a favourite brand in a unique scrummy parcel. Each sweet creation is prepared with the finest ingredients and undergoes rigorous taste testing. Every new recipe is also subjected to a postage test sent to a lucky friend in Scotland!
